Two recipes to surprise your guests in the busy schedule of December meetings 🎄🎄
1- Exquisite appetizer that enhances the flavor of our Honey Pecan.
2- Custard , a typical recipe that never fails 😋
Ingredients:
For the appetizer :
- Manchego cheese.
For the custard:
- 500 ml of milk 🥛
- 1 branch of cinnamon.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Lemon peel 🍋
- 4 egg yolks.
- 75 grams of sugar.
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch.

Preparation:
For the appetizer :
Serve Manchego cheese topped with our Honey Pecan nut, and garnish the plate with a drizzle of natural honey 😋 Explosion of flavor! 🤩
For the custard:
Step 1️⃣Place the milk in a pot next to the cinnamon stick, the essence of vanilla and the lemon zest, heating up to a boil. Strain.
Step 2️⃣Batt the egg yolks along with the sugar and cornstarch, beating everything very well.
Step 3 ️ ️ Slowly add milk, mixing very well with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 4️⃣ In a "bain-marie" container, pour the mixture and heat it without the water boiling, stirring constantly for 10 minutes, until it thickens.
Step 5️⃣ Serve in individual containers and add the final touch: our Chocolate Pecan, substituting the classic Maria cookies for this new secret ingredient.
