Ingredients:

πŸ₯› 300 ml whipping cream

200 ml of condensed milk πŸ₯£

1 lemon πŸ‹

Preparation:

Whip the cold cream until it is very firm.

In a bowl, put the condensed milk and add the zest and juice of the strained lemon, and we integrate it, stirring it with a spoon. We add it to the whipped cream with the help of a spatula and with enveloping movements.

We serve in glasses or glasses and garnish it with a slice of lemon on the edge, a few mint leaves and the star ingredient: whole and chopped Lemon Lime Cashews.

Store it in the refrigerator and let it rest for 2 or 3 hours.
