OUR "CRUNCH"

Our roasting point is very special and delicate, as we bake the nuts on horizontal trays in a single layer, without letting them overlap each other, and turning them by hand every 8 minutes to achieve a perfect roasting, at the limit of maximum crunchiness, which is why our nuts have such a special "crunch".

Also classic style nuts, roasted with a touch of salt and paprika from La Vera, or roasted naturally.

Our exquisite "Choconuts": roasted with whole cane sugar and then dipped in Belgian dark chocolate, minimum 60% cocoa.

Our "Caramelised" range: they are bathed in a special mixture of whole cane sugar, sea salt and sweet La Vera paprika. Subsequently, they are given a fine and elegant coating of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to give them an even tastier touch.
