DESCRIPTION
Hand-roasted almonds with Shichimi Togarashi (seven spices in Japanese), a blend that originated in Japan, where it is used to enhance the elegant and fresh flavours of Japanese cuisine.
These almonds are first washed, then the seven spices are added, along with a careful touch of spicy La Vera paprika, in precise proportions, to provide a slight spicy note that gently fades on the palate. This subtle intensity perfectly complements the natural nuances of the almond, adding an exciting contrast without overwhelming its delicious flavour.
In addition, to further enhance their distinctive character, we apply a delicate natural smoke that blends harmoniously with the almond skin. This artisanal process gives each almond a rustic, smoky flavour.
Made without allergens except for the almond itself, gluten-free, lactose-free and without artificial ingredients.
Our Seven Spice Almond is a tribute to the elegance and freshness of Japanese cuisine. It is Finca La Rosala's most complex product in terms of flavour, as the seven spices are complemented by the flavour of paprika, smoke, the almond skin and the almond itself, with each almond having a different nuance.
