USES AND PAIRINGS

Perfect for snacking between meals or accompanying a glass of sparkling wine or champagne.

They are also ideal for enhancing your favourite recipes. You can add them to salads, rice dishes, desserts or even incorporate them into sauces and dressings to give them a gourmet and sophisticated touch.

Our favourite pairing is with cold soups, especially traditional white garlic soup. They are also ideal with smoked fish and mojama (dried cod and tuna).
