🍳 Scrambled eggs with Valencia Truffle and mushrooms.


🥚 Organic eggs, along with mushrooms.

🫒 Extra virgin olive oil for frying, garlic, salt and pepper.

And if you like, to strengthen the flavor, olive oil seasoned with boletus.

⚠️Before starting the recipe, we advise you to use the blender to grind the almond a little, so that it can mix very well with the eggs.

Step 1️⃣ Fry the mushrooms at ease (olive oil, garlic, pepper if you like it, a touch of salt and pepper).

Step 2 ️⃣ Subsequently, add the eggs and stir over low heat until the desired consistency is achieved.

Step 3️⃣ Once ready, add the ground almonds and also leave almonds in natural size for the contrast of flavors: when grinding it, it is very well mixed with the egg, and having it whole you experience the contrast of flavors of trying it in a single bite.
