The result?

A refreshing and perfect balance of flavors that will turn a diet of healthy products such as nuts into a fabulous delicacy .

How do we make them?

We spread them on pastry trays and cover with an irresistible mixture of BIO whole cane sugar, freeze-dried organic orange and natural orange flavor, and then we bake, turning them by hand from time to time until they reach our special roasting point. The result? A refreshing and perfect balance of flavors.

And now, how do we keep them fresh?

And we use our own harvest of organic pistachios as a canvas. When we collect the harvest, we process them within 24 hours, to prevent the peel from staining and maintain all its properties.

Maximum 1 day from our trees to our factory, where we store them in cold rooms between 6 and 8ºC and 65% humidity, which makes these pistachios fresh all year round .

Uses and Pairing

As an aperitif or to taste individually.

Add our orange-flavored pistachios as a topping on ice cream, cakes, pastries and other desserts, ideally if they include chocolate such as brownies, truffles, ice cream , to give them a sophisticated touch and a light touch of citrus. Combine them with vanilla and fresh fruits for a sweet and surprising experience.

As a drink accompaniment, we recommend combining them with white liquors (rum, pisco, tequila, vodka, gin) , sparkling wines such as Prosecco or Cava. The freshness and effervescence of the wine will enhance the sweet flavors with a citrus finish of the pistachios, creating a delicious combination.

Use our pistachios as a garnish in citrus-based cocktails such as the Mojito or the Margarita . They will provide a crunchy and tasty touch that will perfectly complement the refreshing flavors of the drinks.
