At Finca La Rosala, we have brought together three gems from our land: La Rosala pistachios, La Mancha saffron and Mediterranean lemons.

The result is a unique combination with an unmistakable flavour that celebrates Spain's rich gastronomy.

We slowly roast these pistachios in traditional ovens, coating them in a natural mixture of lemon and saffron that gives them a unique and authentic character.

A flavour that evokes family gatherings, shared wines and evenings spent chatting by the fire.

Perfect as a gourmet appetiser.

We recommend adding it to pasta dishes and salads (lightly crushed in both cases).

Enjoy them with a cup of green tea or flavoured herbal tea while savouring the citrus flavour of these pistachios. You will enjoy a relaxing and delicious pairing experience.

Pair them with fruity white wines such as a Riesling or light Chardonnay. The freshness of the lemon and the subtlety of the saffron will complement the flavours of the wine perfectly. They also pair well with wheat beers.
