DESCRIPTION
Shelled peanuts from our La Rosala farm, which we roast using what we call a rustic roasting method in our horizontal tray ovens.
How do we do it?
- We wash the peanuts and add a small but carefully calculated pinch of salt and La Vera paprika to give them a slight smoky flavour.
- We spread the peanuts on our horizontal trays.
- Every 8 minutes, we stir them by hand inside the tray, always leaving a single layer in contact with it, until they reach the perfect level of crunchiness.
The result is a peanut with a rustic smoky flavour and a pinch of salt, very tasty, light and crunchy.
