These Valencia variety blanched almonds are hand-roasted to perfection, enhancing their unique flavour and texture. We also add a touch of rosemary and extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) to bring out their Mediterranean character.

USES AND PAIRINGS

Pair these almonds with a selection of mild and semi-cured cheeses to enhance the flavours and textures of both. The contrast between the creaminess of the cheese and the crunchy texture of the almonds will be irresistible.

Our Chef recommends pairing them mainly with roasted meats and chicken stews (almonds with chicken in pepitoria sauce, garlic sauce). They are also ideal with all<, as the rosemary brings out their flavour and reduces the bitterness that can be found in some mushrooms.

Add these almonds as a topping to your salads to add a touch of elegance and flavour. Combine them with fresh green leaves, goat's cheese and a honey and mustard vinaigrette for an explosion of flavours.
