DESCRIPTION
Valencia variety blanched almonds, which are roasted by hand in our ovens with a special mixture of organic whole cane sugar with a pinch of salt and a very light touch of smoked paprika, achieving our special texture and flavour.
Once roasted with this special mixture, they are dipped in Belgian chocolate (minimum 60% cocoa) for two hours, so that the chocolate adheres lovingly and delicately, forming a thin, rough layer around the almond that perfectly combines its flavour with the chocolate.
The blanched Valencia almond provides an exquisite almond flavour as well as a tremendously crunchy texture, which, combined with the exquisite flavour of the chocolate, makes it the queen of our choconuts.
In addition, the Belgian chocolate is lactose-free, so the resulting product is free of artificial ingredients, gluten-free, lactose-free and suitable for vegans.
