Pecan nut first roasted by hand with a light coating of whole cane sugar, a pinch of salt and a touch of sweet paprika from La Vera.
Once toasted with the special mixture, lactose-free Belgian dark chocolate (minimum 60% cocoa) is added, making a slow and delicate coating (for more than two hours) until a perfect finish is achieved.
