DESCRIPTION
Valencia almonds with skin in their largest size (S/14), all almonds are 14 mm wide or larger. They are first washed by hand, then bathed in a special mixture of whole cane sugar, sea salt and sweet La Vera paprika.
They are then given a fine, elegant coating of extra virgin olive oil to make them even tastier.
After this, they are spread out on our horizontal trays and placed in our ovens, where we turn them by hand every 8 minutes so that they are roasted on all sides until they reach the perfect roast.
Finally, they are removed from our ovens and left to cool naturally, so that once they have reached the right temperature, they can be packaged correctly in each of their formats.
The result?
A modern, elegant, tasty and different caramelisation.
It improves on traditional caramelisation by being more subtle and containing less sugar, giving more prominence to the nut, while blending and emulating the Salted Caramel flavour but also making it vegan, as we use EVOO instead of butter to give that extra touch of flavour.
