DESCRIPCIÓN
Pistachios from our own Finca La Rosala, which we roast in what we call a "tasty roast" in our horizontal tray ovens.
How do we do it?
- We wash the pistachios and add a small but meticulously calculated pinch of salt.
- We spread the pistachios on our horizontal trays and apply a thin layer of EVOO.
- Every 8 minutes, we stir them by hand on the tray, always leaving a single layer in contact with it, until they reach the perfect level of crispiness.
What do we achieve?
- A tasty but roasted pistachio, not fried.
- A tasty pistachio that is not heavy, but light to eat, as it does not have a high oil content (only 4%).
- A tasty pistachio that does not stain. Pick it up, look at it, smell it, taste it and listen to it crunch when you bite into it.
