What we have achieved will fascinate you: We have developed a formula and technique that eliminates sugar, maintaining the delicious flavor of fried nuts.
How did we do it? We implement the "Tasty Roasted" method (tasty roasted) , keeping the roasting close at hand in our horizontal tray ovens.
1) We wash the nuts, add a pinch of sea salt in a carefully calculated proportion (1.5%-2%, depending on the nut) .
2) On the other hand, we put 4% in our horizontal trays of extra virgin olive oil ( EVOO ).
3) We place, on top of the tray with EVOO, a thin and single layer of dried fruits.
4) We turn by hand all the nuts, mixed with the EVOO and salt, every 8 minutes until achieving a perfect crunch.
The result:
- Sugar elimination .
- Proportion of carefully calculated salt .
- Nuts that preserve the flavor of fried foods , but without the disadvantages of these: greasy, heavy, stains, reused oils or low quality.

But that is not all...
Some of our nuts, such as pistachio in shell, peanut, almond in skin and pecan, receive a special treatment: instead of EVOO, we add PDO Paprika from La Vera, providing a smoky touch without losing the point of salt .
Gluten and lactose free: Ideal for those with food intolerances, they are a safe and delicious option to enjoy at any time.
