Our roasted Cashews with Lime and Lemon are the result of a perfect combination of quality ingredients and a touch of exoticism.

Each cashew is carefully selected and roasted by hand to achieve a crispy, golden texture. It is then seasoned with a special blend of whole cane sugar, organic lime and lemon, which provide an explosion of refreshing citrus flavour.

Natural lime and lemon flavouring is also added to further enhance the taste experience.

The result is an exotic and delicious combination that will keep you coming back for more.

Add a special touch to your favourite desserts. Crush the cashews and sprinkle them over ice cream, cakes, yoghurts or even fruit salads. Their citrusy, crunchy flavour will elevate your sweet creations.

Add a touch of freshness and crunch to your salads, especially with couscous (onion, coriander and mint).

Our Chef also recommends them with oriental stir-fries, curries, both vegetable and meat, as well as fish. Ideal for recipes that include stewed game birds.

As an accompaniment to drinks, we recommend pairing them with wheat beers.

Happiness to snack away

Those packages caught my eyes in a supermercado en Lanzarote. Normalmente no me gusta los anarcados. I find the taste rather boring and mis preferitos estan almendras y favas. But I was curious and gave it a try. And these shoot me to a heaven full of frutos secos! I tried some other delicacies from Finca Rosala and none was disappointing, en contrario. Indeed, ahora conosco que por securo nueces can come along as a culinary piece of art! Los anarcados lima-limón remain mis favoritas. That tangy, citrussy, delicately spicy notes do match the cashews perfectly. Perfect to brighten up a day, to round up a lovely evening … perfecto! Ein großes Dankeschön für diese kleinen Knabbereien mit dem ganz großen Geschmack!
