Peeled Valencia Almond EVOO&Salt (Tasty Roasted)

What we have achieved will fascinate you: we have developed a formula and technique that eliminates sugar, maintaining the delicious flavor of fried nuts.

How did we do it? We implement the " Tasty Roasted " method , keeping the roasting by hand in our horizontal tray ovens.

1) We wash the nuts, add a pinch of sea salt in a carefully calculated proportion (1.5%-2%, depending on the nut) .

2) On the other hand, we put 4% extra virgin olive oil ( EVOO ) in our horizontal trays.

3) We place, on top of the tray with the EVOO, a thin, single layer of nuts.

4) We turn all the nuts, mixed with the EVOO and salt, by hand every 8 minutes until achieving a perfect crunch.

The result:

- Elimination of sugar .

- Carefully calculated salt proportion.

- Nuts that preserve the flavor of fried ones , but without the disadvantages of these: greasy, heavy, staining, reused oils or low quality.
