Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are personal or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or has parts missing for reasons beyond our control.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after shipment.

Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (where applicable)
Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@lafinca.store and send the article to: Real, 105, Calzada de Calatrava, CM, 13370, Spain.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will send the buyer a refund and they will know about your return.

Shipment
To return your product, you must send it to: C/ Real, 105, Calzada de Calatrava, CM, 13370, Spain.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
