Uses and Pairing: As an aperitif or to taste individually. Our Chef's recommendation: Pair mainly with roast meats, stews with chicken (chicken in pepitoria, with garlic). Also ideal with all kinds of mushrooms, since rosemary enhances their flavor and reduces the bitterness that can be found in some mushrooms. As a drink accompaniment, it is recommended to combine it with malt beer or full-bodied red wine.
