Nuestro punto de tueste es muy especial y delicado, ya que horneamos los frutos secos en bandejas horizontales con una sola capa, sin dejar que se superpongan unos a otros, y dándole vueltas a mano cada 8 minutos para conseguir un tueste perfecto, al límite del punto crujiente máximo, por ello nuestros frutos secos tienen ese “crunch” tan especial.
En nuestro catálogo encontrarás frutos secos únicos en el mundo. Tostados con ingredientes naturales y sabores sorprendentes extraídos de la propia naturaleza.
También frutos secos al estilo clásico, tostados con un punto de sal y pimentón de La Vera, o tostados naturalmente.
Nuestros exquisitos "Choconuts": tostados con azúcar de caña integral con un posterior baño de chocolate negro belga, mínimo 60% de cacao.

My name is Pedro Ciudad Imedio, founder of Finca La Rosala, which was born mainly from the passion that I have had since I was little for "panchitos", the name given to peanuts in our region and that my neighbor "Angelito" roasted. member of an artisan family that has roasted nuts in a wood oven since the beginning of the 19th century.
One day, while in my office, I went to buy my beloved "panchitos", when I arrived, "Angelito" was toasting them, and I couldn't help but watch him do it, he noticed and asked me if I wanted to learn, I, of course , I said yes, and he, delighted to be able to show me what he had done all his life, showed me all his tricks and secrets.
At the time, "Angelito" passed away, so one day, reflecting, I came to the conclusion that I could not forget these recipes and I began to toast them in the oven at home.
Little by little, I gave my friends the first “panchitos” and I tried more nuts: almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, cashews... In addition to adding innovative ingredients.

The result was that all my friends were asking me more and more, at the same time that it was spreading, word of mouth, to the friends of my friends and close people.
Today, after building a small roastery and teaching my wife and children to roast in this very special way, Finca La Rosala has modern facilities in Calzada de Calatrava, has numerous established clients and is present in more than 12 countries.

One hour long. Maximum groups of 10 people per hour. This tour includes:
- Visit our kitchens, where you will see our artisan roasting process.
- Tasting of the nuts that are being roasted during the day.
- Visit our physical store.

HOW TO SCHEDULE A VISIT (FARM + FACTORY + TASTING)
Paid Tour: Visit our Factory and Farm (La Rosala): it is recommended to book it between 9:00 and 10:00, since it lasts 2 hours. Minimum groups of 5 and maximum of 10 people (2 per day). - Visit our Finca La Rosala to see our biodynamically grown organic pistachio plantation.
