Our Shichimi Togarashi Almond changes its name to Seven Spice Almond.
We roast the Valencia Almond with skin with, on the one hand, 7 spices , whose mixture has its origin in Japan, where they are used to enhance the elegant and fresh flavors of the cuisine of that country. There they call it Shichimi Togarashi , where Shichimi means Seven and Togarashi means Spices .
We carefully add a touch of spicy La Vera paprika , in precise proportions, to provide a slight spicy note that fades smoothly on the palate. This subtle intensity perfectly complements the natural nuances of the almond, adding an exciting contrast without overwhelming its delicious flavor.
To further enhance its distinctive character, we apply a delicate natural smoke that blends harmoniously with the skin of the almond. This artisanal process gives each almond a rustic and smoky flavor.
Our Seven Spice Almond is a tribute to the elegance and freshness of Japanese cuisine. It is the most complex product from Finca La Rosala when it comes to flavor, each almond having a different nuance.
